While Videntifier has partners with whom We have mutual interests with (regarding identifying harmful content and keeping it off online service platforms), Our Company does not share your data with them. As mentioned in the list above, We may use your data to extend our marketing reach and target ‘lookalike audiences’ - a feature of digital, paid advertising efforts that allow us to extend our marketing to new people who share similar characteristics with our current database of contacts - through paid advertising. .


How do We store your data?

Videntifier uses HubSpot CRM to collect (through forms) and store voluntarily submitted data. It provides easy-to-use tools to make sure We properly comply with the GDPR legislation regarding the protection and processing of your data (more information here).


Our Company will keep your name, email, and company name information for an indefinite amount of time unless you request to be removed from your contact list. Please reach out to about the removal of your information, and We will delete your data within the next 2-3 business days upon receipt of confirmation of your email. We will send an email to confirm We received your email and after removal of your information.



Videntifier would like to send you information about products and services of ours that We think you might like, as Well as any content related to them, such as upcoming legislation and updates regarding harmful content.


If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.


You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or using your data to extend our reach.


If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please reach out to about the removal of your information. We will delete your data within the next 2-3 business days upon receipt of the email. Videntifier will send an email to confirm receipt of  your email and after removal of your information.
